1. Warranty and Guarantee
Fafrees provides a limited warranty for its electric scooters as outlined below. If the customer identifies non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period expires, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and associated shipping fees. All Fafrees electric scooters are factory-new regular products, and any replacement parts used are genuine original components.
To facilitate quick issue resolution, accessories purchased separately are offered at cost price and, therefore, are not covered by warranty except in cases of DOA (Dead On Arrival).
Important Note: Second-hand scooters and modified scooters are not covered under this warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty period for Fafrees electric scooter components is as follows:

The following conditions are NOT covered by warranty:

Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain, or adjust the scooter according to the official "User Manual".

Damage resulting from user disassembly, self-repair, or unauthorized modification.

Failure caused by accident, improper use, improper storage, misuse, or neglect.

Repair costs incurred at third-party repair shops without prior written consent from Fafrees.

Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage to the scooter or its packaging caused during shipping/logistics.

Consumable parts not explicitly listed in the warranty coverage table above (e.g., brake pads, surface scratches/paint chips from normal wear and tear).
Important: Always contact us and obtain written approval before returning any item. Products returned without prior acceptance will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. How to Apply for Warranty Service

Document the Issue: Take clear photos and/or a short video showing the problem.

Contact Us: Send an email to info@fafrees.com. Include a brief description of the problem, the attached photos/videos, your order number, and the platform where you made the purchase.

Initial Diagnosis: We will review your case and provide a proposed solution if the issue is clear.

Further Troubleshooting: For complex issues, we may send troubleshooting guides and request additional videos or pictures to assist with diagnosis.

Resolution: Once the warranty claim is validated, we will verify your order and shipping address and arrange for the shipment of replacement parts if applicable.
4. Non-Warranty Repairs & Support
For issues outside of warranty or not covered by it, Fafrees offers technical support and can provide genuine replacement parts at cost price to facilitate your repair.
